Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields. Experience: Experience in advertising agencies or creative studios, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Creative vision: Ability to create and direct visual concepts that elevate brand perception. Soft skills: * Leadership to inspire and guide creative teams. * Innovative perspective to challenge norms and propose new visual languages. * Organization to manage deadlines without compromising excellence. * Preferred qualifications: Experience in branding, 360-degree campaigns, and AI applications in design.
