




Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and qualifications: Requirements: * Academic degree in Administration or Human Resources; * Senior-level experience in administrative areas, including exposure to finance, human resources (HR), and contracts; * Experience building and structuring administrative and financial departments from scratch; * Autonomy to propose and implement processes; * Management and standardization of administrative processes; * Creation and implementation of workflows, controls, and internal policies; * Document organization and administrative governance; * Accounts payable and receivable management; * Cash flow monitoring and financial forecasting; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and dashboard creation); * Contract lifecycle management; * Contractual compliance and dossier organization; * HR processes, including onboarding, leave management, offboarding, and employee data updates; * Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT – Consolidation of Labor Laws, and PJ – Legal Entity); * Management of labor, tax, and contractual risks; * Ability to organize processes and establish controls; * Experience interacting with accounting, legal, and consulting firms; * Ability to identify risks and suggest structural improvements; * Systemic vision and structured thinking; * High level of organization and sense of priority; * Clear communication with partners, consultants, and internal departments; * Proactivity in suggesting improvements and anticipating problems; * Mature, reliable, and autonomous attitude; * Hands-on profile, combined with macro and analytical vision; * Background in Clinical Research (administrative/operational side) (Desirable).
