Become part of this community! **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Planning and preparing service orders (preventive, corrective, predictive); * Defining scope and required resources (parts, tools, labor) and estimated time; * Prioritizing activities based on equipment criticality; * Developing weekly/monthly schedules; * Coordinating production to reduce unplanned downtime; * Adjusting plans in response to unforeseen events and/or urgent needs; * Managing materials and resources, ensuring appropriate resources are available for activity execution; * Verifying parts and material availability and requesting purchases when necessary; * Monitoring KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, availability, and reliability, and generating performance analysis reports; * Updating technical documentation, maintaining up-to-date maintenance histories, and ensuring access to correct manuals, diagrams, and procedures; * Analyzing, controlling, and tracking company costs, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making; * Conducting cost analysis and preparing management reports, variance analysis, and identifying opportunities for optimization and expense reduction; * Aligning priorities and integrating plans with corporate goals; * Performing project planning and control (CAPEX); * Managing budgets and schedules, coordinating engineering and operations teams, and monitoring performance, cost control, and risk assessment. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields; * Knowledge of engineering and document management; * Experience in project and CAPEX management; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Desired: Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
