Carry out absence control and maintain absenteeism indicators; Provide assistance and guidance to employees and their families regarding work-related, family, accident, illness, and other matters; Stay updated and disseminate to employees information on rights, services, and resources that may improve adaptation and the employee-company relationship; Conduct home visits or visits to accommodations, when necessary, to assess conditions available for the employee’s adaptation and return to work; Participate in the planning and execution of social and cultural projects addressing issues related to the employee-company and/or company-community relationship. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed; It is important that the candidate resides in the city or region due to the fully on-site nature of the role and the need for daily attendance; Proven experience in the requested requirements and within the Construction sector is essential.
