**Essential Requirements:** Completed high school; Currently enrolled in the 4th to 7th semester of Social Work. **Department:** Social Work **Schedule:** 30 hours/week — Monday to Friday (6 hours/day) Main responsibilities: * Conduct external contacts with family members, health insurance providers, and institutions to achieve the proposed objectives under the supervision of the social worker; * Perform external referrals (e.g., city halls, health departments, health centers, public prosecutor’s offices, juvenile courts, child protection councils, police stations, elderly councils, etc.) to facilitate patient access to the protection network and support network under the supervision of the social worker; * Request ambulances related to social work services (discharge and transfer), adhering to established deadlines and expiration dates; * Accompany the social worker during individual and/or group consultations to ensure improved care for patients and their families; * Support and assist the social worker in providing guidance and support to families of patients who are palliative, terminal, or who have passed away, ensuring that families receive all necessary information to minimize suffering.
