Join us and become part of a team committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor examination requests, collection of anatomopathological specimens, and other related examination requisitions, verifying correct documentation completion to ensure patient safety and adherence to established deadlines; * Supervise the nursing team, assigning daily tasks and validating processes to create conditions enabling achievement of organizational objectives; * Identify, document, and report any health-related adverse events that may become significant for public health, complying with standard quality and technical nursing protocols; * Admit patients by performing anamnesis, verifying their data and procedures, instructing companions, and conducting identification per protocol, ensuring surgeries, examinations, or procedures occur in accordance with established guidelines; * Observe, recognize, describe signs and symptoms, and promptly communicate changes to physicians to ensure appropriate care and minimize risks to patients; * Provide explanations to patients and companions, supplying relevant information regarding treatment and procedures to be performed, thereby reducing patient anxiety and ensuring effective treatment; * Conduct emergency cart inspections and perform other standard nursing procedures, periodically checking medications, equipment functionality, and other items to ensure compliance with standard nursing protocols and patient/procedural safety, preventing complications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Active COREN registration **Additional Information** **Location:** Av.
