Job Summary: This professional will support the planning and execution of internal campaigns, creation of internal communication materials, and organization of events, contributing to organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. 2. Create internal communication materials and support the organization of events. 3. Contribute to organizational climate and employee experience. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. * Create internal communication materials (cards, announcements, bulletin boards, and presentations). * Support the organization and execution of internal events. * Contribute to initiatives focused on organizational climate, culture, and employee experience. * Ensure clarity, consistency, and appeal in internal communications. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Design, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Canva. * Basic knowledge of video editing (short videos and internal announcements). * Proficiency with digital tools and communication platforms. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
