We are seeking a professional to take on the mission of spreading happiness while representing our company and executing our strategy.** **Your daily responsibilities:** Your objective is to ensure the creation and maintenance of all daily website activities, and to lead and execute efforts related to selecting and configuring the digital commerce platform. **Responsibilities and Duties** * e\-Commerce team management; * Directly configure campaigns on the e\-commerce platform; * Pricing of domestic and imported products in our management system; * Monitor banner schedule with the creative department; * Update product clusters on VTEX; * Sales monitoring (ABC curve, margin, average order value); * Storefront and banner management on the platform; * Analyze and suggest items for promotions and weekly email offers; * Analyze item vs. margin data for pricing actions aligned with competitor monitoring; * Reporting on key supplier performance; * Management of paid media campaigns, including strategic direction for agency guidance; * Programming of site retention pop\-ups; * Google Analytics monitoring; * Analysis of media and social media content campaigns; * Platform metrics; * Reporting on key supplier performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Retail experience; * CRM experience; * Advanced knowledge of the Vtex platform; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong analytical skills. **Additional Information** * All our job openings are also available to People with Disabilities (PcD).
