Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requested servings, and storing appropriately; * Prepare meals by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping or grinding ingredients, and cooking dishes as needed; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment while performing tasks; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace. * Sort foods according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut foods as instructed; * Prepare foods per the nutritionist’s instructions, guiding assistants to ensure all meals are prepared to the required quality and within the deadline; * Monitor food replenishment needs based on the established menu; * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school. **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Proven experience in industrial kitchens and bulk meal preparation.
