Proficient in administrative routines and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel **We are hiring: Administrative Technician** **About the position:** **We are hiring a Construction Administrative Technician** to support administrative and operational routines at the construction site. We seek an **organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills**, capable of supporting technical and managerial teams in controlling project activities. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Financial control of the construction project * Equipment tracking and measurement * Supply control * Entry and verification of invoices * Support for procurement and logistics processes on-site * Organization of documents and reports * Support for contract management and contractor measurements **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus) * **Minimum 1 year of experience in this role** * Proficiency in administrative routines and Microsoft Office Suite, especially **Excel** * **Preferred qualification:** Experience in **infrastructure projects** (sanitation, drainage, paving, etc.) **Location:** Eixão das Águas Construction Site – Lot 5 – Pacajus/CE **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Salary and Benefits:** Competitive with market standards.
