Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (from the 8th semester onward); * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate MS Project skills; * Basic AutoCAD knowledge; * Fundamental knowledge of budgeting and costing; * Familiarity with engineering design projects; * Intermediate knowledge of construction planning and control. * Assist in preparing the Analytical Cost Performance Report for construction projects and present project outcomes; * Attend meetings with project managers regarding cost-impacting items for the month; * Review and verify the labor and major services appropriation spreadsheet; * Participate in controlling cost projections — monthly expenditure curve for construction projects; * Field-level service control and appropriation; * Quantity takeoff; * Measurement and contract control; * Entering measurements into the system; * Cost appropriation. * Support construction planning and replanning using MS Project and Excel; * Conduct measurements of completed works; * Review internal processes requiring improvement and recommend enhancements; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and directed by the manager. 251225020249778469
