Job Summary: Assists in all stages of civil construction, performing manual tasks, transporting materials, cleaning the construction site, and supporting masons and other professionals to advance the project. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support for advancing construction projects, from foundations to finishing works. 2. Responsible for organizing and performing basic maintenance of the work environment. 3. Direct assistance to masons and other construction professionals. Assists in all stages of civil construction, performing manual tasks such as preparing mortar and concrete, transporting materials (cement, sand, bricks), cleaning the construction site and tools, organizing the work area, and assisting masons, carpenters, and other professionals—serving as essential physical support to keep the project progressing, while maintaining organization and basic maintenance of the work environment, from foundations to finishing works. * **Preparation:** Mixing cement, sand, and water to prepare mortar and concrete, and preparing the ground by excavating and clearing areas. * **Transportation and Organization:** Carrying, unloading, and delivering materials (cement, bricks, etc.) manually or using a wheelbarrow, and organizing everything in the correct location. * **Direct Support:** Supplying masons with materials and tools, keeping them readily available during work. * **Cleaning:** Maintaining cleanliness and order at the construction site, tools, and equipment, ensuring safety and organization. * **Demolition and Repairs:** Assisting with minor demolitions and assembly/disassembly of structures such as scaffolding, as well as performing minor adjustments.
