Responsibilities and duties **Main challenges in the sales area are:** * Enrolling (acquisition and retention) students for the unit through scheduling interviews by phone and in person * Serving customers, performing proactive and reactive sales * Ensuring student progression at each stage of the sales funnel * Knowing our full course portfolio * Maintaining relationships with legal entities and individuals * Acting commercially, consultatively, and with quality * Sales or customer service experience is desirable * Strong communication skills, persuasion, ambition, empathy, enthusiasm, boldness, determination, proactivity, negotiation, organization, discipline, interpersonal skills, flexibility, creativity, and results orientation **Earnings above average.** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:12 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Do you reside in Taquara or nearby? * Do you have experience with telephone and in-person sales?
