This company is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support controller-related projects (e.g., structuring managerial income statements, cash flow statements, managerial balance sheets); Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts; Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to financial and operational processes; Support financial diagnosis and planning processes; Prepare executive presentations for clients, focusing on objective insights and practical recommendations; Actively participate in strategic meetings with clients and internal teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controller Functions, or related areas preferred (completed or in progress); Minimum 3 years of experience in controller functions, financial planning, or financial consulting; Proficiency in analyzing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial KPIs; Solid knowledge of Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (executive presentations), and financial ERPs; Familiarity with financial diagnostic methodologies and implementation of internal controls; Experience in financial modeling (valuation, business plan) is a plus.
