This is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Respond to, record, and classify system-related support tickets; * Perform first- and second-level diagnosis of system incidents and failures; * Support root cause analysis of incidents and propose preventive solutions; * Ensure clear, solution-oriented communication with users and technical teams. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Ongoing bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL); * Basic understanding of system and network monitoring tools; * Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux; * Basic concepts of information security and good practices in data backup and recovery.
