The Legion of Good Will – LGW is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration for groups in situations of social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen skills and raise awareness of individuals’ fundamental rights and guarantees to overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects, contributing to a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socioeducational activities—including dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, and artistic–cultural and leisure activities—to strengthen bonds among service users, their families, and unit staff; * Pursue continuous professional development to acquire general knowledge, thematic understanding, and competencies related to contemporary society and citizenship, with the aim of proposing service objectives and guiding themes; * Assist service beneficiaries in the dining area and foster autonomy through practical support and confidence-building skills; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)** * Prior experience in the Coexistence and Bond Strengthening Service (SCFV) is preferred; * Availability to work flexible hours; **Additional Information** * Workload: **200 hours/month** * Schedule: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance—available after probationary period; * Dental insurance—available after probationary period; * SESC membership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities—**Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building program.
