Implementation of Good Handling Practices **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor meal **pre\-preparation and preparation** * Guide and observe **food handlers** * Verify meal **portions, presentation, and distribution** * Assist in controlling **time and temperature** of food * Implement and verify compliance with **Good Handling Practices** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in a Nutrition program from the 3rd semester onward at the following universities: UNIFOR, UNICHRISTUS, UNIFAMETRO, and UNINTA. * Availability during morning shifts. Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$700.00 \- R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
