Use of active methodologies and digital tools **Responsibilities** \- Plan and deliver theoretical training for apprentices in both in-person and online formats (occasionally). \- Foster a work environment that encourages mutual respect and collaboration. \- Plan and deliver theoretical and socioemotional training for apprentices in both in-person and online formats. \- Apply active methodologies and digital tools. \- Guide and supervise apprentices during activities. \- Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. \- Assist apprentices in problem-solving and overcoming challenges related to work and learning. \- Collaborate with other instructors and workplace supervisors to ensure an integrated learning experience. \- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve job-related skills and knowledge. \- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, encouraging mutual respect and collaboration. \- Maintain accurate records of apprentices' class attendance. **Requirements** \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Experience in apprenticeship programs or social projects. \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or other teaching-related fields. \- Residency in Fortaleza or easy access to the class location (Centro neighborhood) **Benefits** \- Employment Contract: Hourly basis \- Twice per week. \- Salary negotiable according to class hours. \- Meal and transportation allowances paid via CAJU benefits card. \- Birthday day off. \- Total Pass (gym membership benefit). \- Educational Assistance. \- Annual Bonus.
