The professional will be responsible for supporting onboarding processes, timekeeping, integration of new employees, and on-site employee assistance. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with hiring, terminations, and document collection; * Manage timekeeping records, absences, medical certificates, and overtime; * Monitor team mobilization and demobilization; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and provide routine guidance; * Assist in entering data for the payroll department; * Maintain updated documentation files and employee records; * Provide administrative support to the construction team and corporate HR department.
