Talent development and retention A chemical products industrial sector company is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes at various levels (operational, tactical, and strategic). Ensure talent attraction, retention, and development. Perform resume screening, administer group exercises, and conduct interviews. Assist in implementing strategic human resources management practices. Carry out onboarding for new employees. Provide support for other HR activities, such as training, organizational climate initiatives, and payroll administration.
