We are seeking a **Genius** to **deliver a premium customer experience in the showroom and throughout the purchase journey and after-sales process, acting as a technical product specialist—ensuring full understanding of vehicle features, providing qualified support, and strengthening brand relationship—without engaging in direct sales activities.** If you are an agile professional who delights customers and values excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase—and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Greet customers in the showroom, ensuring differentiated service and premium hospitality (welcoming environment, offering coffee, water, etc.); * Conduct consultative diagnostics of customer needs, understanding lifestyle, usage profile and expectations regarding the vehicle; * Lead technical vehicle demonstrations, focusing on systems, connectivity, and embedded technologies (e.g., ADAS); * Explain technical concepts (e.g., hybrid/PHEV powertrains, charging, range, and features) clearly, accessibly, and without excessive jargon; * Identify the customer’s profile and appropriately refer them to the Sales Consultant at the right moment, respecting the commercial workflow. * Accompany test drives when necessary, focusing on technical demonstration of vehicle features; * Clarify technical questions during the driving experience; * Collect customer perceptions and feedback regarding vehicle performance and features. **Requirements and qualifications** **If you have:** * Completed high school or incomplete/ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Commercial Management or related fields. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B. * Desirable: courses or certifications in customer service, customer experience, or automotive products. * Experience in customer service and communication for premium brands. * Preferred: knowledge of embedded technologies and premium-brand systems—particularly Jetour brand. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and operation. * Proficiency in dealership software and systems. * Ability to deliver technical product demonstrations; * Ease of use with electronic devices and automotive applications.
