If you identify with our purpose and seek your professional growth and development, let’s work together! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor workplace accidents, guiding the care process until case closure and ensuring appropriate care for employees; * Monitor employee leaves of absence and returns to work, ensuring occupational health surveillance and updating process-related information; * Assess and monitor occupational illnesses or risks, referring employees for appropriate treatment and documenting nursing interventions and care when necessary; * Manage vaccines, recordkeeping in SI-PNI Campaign and SI-PNI DataSUS systems, vaccine batch numbers and expiration dates registered with Brazil’s Ministry of Health, administer vaccines, monitor possible adverse effects, and ensure employee immunization; * Ensure proper filing of medical records and departmental documents, safeguarding information confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements; * Keep the team updated on epidemiological bulletins and current regulatory standards, promoting continuous learning to support daily operational performance; * Conduct institutional onboarding for new employees, deliver lectures in the Introductory Nursing Course, and provide training focused on worker health and safety promotion; * Monitor and follow up on consultations, tests, and clinical outcomes for employees testing positive for COVID-19, ensuring safe return to work without restrictive symptoms; * Participate in organizing specific campaigns—such as influenza and meningococcal C vaccination campaigns—monitoring vaccine batch numbers and expiration dates registered with Brazil’s Ministry of Health, aiming to immunize HSL staff; * Organize occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and termination exams), ensuring all employees comply with the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program); * Participate in PPRAMP meetings, the Radiation Protection Commission, and CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), contributing action plans focused on promoting employee health. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What we’re looking for:** * A professional aligned with our purpose of excellence in patient care. **What you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Specialization in Occupational Nursing **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Additional Information** **Join our team!** We are a Marist institution that believes in the potential of our employees.
