Remove impediments affecting team progress **Your Responsibilities:** * Facilitate agile ceremonies for development teams (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective). * Ensure application of Scrum principles and agile best practices. * Remove impediments affecting team progress. * Promote continuous improvement and collaboration among team members. * Act as a facilitator for communication between the team, stakeholders, and support areas. * Encourage agile culture and development of self-managing teams. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Practical experience as a Scrum Master or with agile methodologies. * Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
