Proactive leadership and problem-solving Maintenance Supervisor **Job Description:** The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the integrity of industrial facilities and metal structures of our clients, supporting the procurement department, and managing PPE documentation for the team. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise teams in the yard, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules. Inspect and ensure quality of assembly and repair work on metal structures. Guide the team on occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Support the procurement department. Prepare monitoring and material control reports. **Required Qualifications:** Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (with focus on industry and metal structures). Driver's License: Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (Category A is optional). Safety: Solid knowledge of Occupational Safety Regulations (NRs). Profile: Proactive leadership, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability. **Benefits and Compensation** Salary: R$2,200.00.
