Job Summary: A professional to monitor service and material routines at construction sites, prepare production monitoring reports, control activities, and support project management. Support in project management and technical decision-making Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (from the 4th semester onward) in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD; * Basic proficiency in Revit; * Basic proficiency in MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Basic knowledge of budget management, planning, and control; * Basic knowledge of quality management. * Monitor on-site service routines using management and service tracking software; * Track material quantities and consumption for services performed on site; * Prepare production monitoring reports for services performed on site to finalize employee payroll; * Monitor on-site service execution in accordance with project specifications and quality management system requirements, and record acceptance of construction services; * Maintain the daily construction log; * Update the visual project management board; * Complete on-site activity control records; * Assist in preparing the quotation map for contracts and third-party contract amendments; * Monitor executed services and assist in compiling planning and production data; * Collect and compile field information to support the engineer’s decision-making regarding material selection based on technical specifications; * Monitor and assist the site supervisor in material supply for services; * Perform other duties related to this position as required by the department and directed by the manager. 2511140202461839603
