Job Summary: A professional responsible for topographic surveys, technological control, project interpretation, budget preparation, and inspection of materials and services on construction sites. Inspecting material and service quality and suggesting solutions **Responsibilities:** Conduct topographic surveys and perform technological control of materials and soil. Interpret projects and technical specifications. Prepare sketches and technical drawings under supervision. Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for construction or renovation budgets. Analyze and adjust costs. Compile direct and indirect cost components. Organize technical documentation. Inspect the quality of materials and services. Identify issues and suggest alternative solutions. Inspect and take action regarding equipment and material maintenance, repair needs, and storage at the construction site. Participate in training programs when required. Assist in planning, execution, supervision, and measurement of construction work. Perform tasks relevant to the field of expertise using specialized computer equipment and software. Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position. Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month
