The professional will be responsible for ensuring the legal security of rural producers’ operations, from document analysis and structuring of guarantees to drafting legal instruments and handling judicial and extrajudicial actions. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze land registry and cadastral documentation of rural producers and properties pledged as collateral; * Draft and review legal instruments for rural credit, real guarantees, and agricultural contracts; * Handle regularization and registration of documents with competent notary offices; * Monitor rural credit operations with financial institutions; * Draft litigation documents and handle judicial and extrajudicial proceedings related to rural credit; * Track deadlines, filing records, and progress of legal proceedings and operations; * Provide technical, strategic, and transparent client service; * Support negotiations, extensions, and renegotiations of rural debt. **Requirements:** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (OAB registration not mandatory); * Experience in Civil Law and Civil Procedure; * Experience in rural credit, banking contracts, and enforcement proceedings; * Experience in judicial and extrajudicial enforcement, search and seizure; * Proficiency in judicial systems (PJe, e\-SAJ, e\-Proc, Projudi). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Agricultural Law and Agribusiness Law; * Availability for travel. **Benefits:** Commissions
