




Job Summary: Logistics professional responsible for inventory control, billing, and fleet management, with a focus on process optimization and system reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in physical inventories and accounting reconciliations. . **Responsibilities and Duties*** Control the physical receipt of materials at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring accurate verification and correct entry into the ERP system; * Support material movement between the DC and construction sites, according to operational requirements; * Monitor billing requests, inventory write-downs, and system reconciliations; * Participate in field physical inventories and perform inventory accounting reconciliations; * Monitor fleet management indicators and processes (operational and executive), including budgetary control; * Control inventory balances across DCs (head office, branches, and third-party); * Support the development and implementation of inventory policies and best logistics practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics operations, with emphasis on inventory control, warehousing, or distribution centers.
