Job Summary: Design and size water infrastructure and road projects, preparing technical reports and quantity takeoffs for construction works. Key Highlights: 1. Access to technical courses and career development plan **BUILDING TECHNICIAN / SANITATION** * On-site mode \| Fortaleza \- CE * Weekly working hours: 44h * Scholarship: R$ 2\.514,00 **Responsibilities:** * Hydraulic systems sizing; * Drawing and development of infrastructure projects: water supply networks, sewage networks, transmission lines, pumping stations, reservoirs, etc; * Development of Linear Occupation Projects on Highways (SOP, SIT, DNIT) and road signage projects; * Preparation of reports and memoranda related to infrastructure projects: calculation memoranda, descriptive memoranda, Technical Alternatives Reports, Basic Studies, etc; * Quantity takeoff for projects; **Qualifications:** * Technical diploma in: Building Construction, Environmental Technology, or Sanitation; * Required Skills: * Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; **Desirable Skills:** * Revit / Revit MEP * Experience with infrastructure projects (networks, transmission lines, etc) * Knowledge of QGIS **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance \+ Basic Food Basket; * 13th-month salary \+ Profit Sharing (PL); * Access to technical courses and career development plan; * Innovative and collaborative environment.
