




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code Provide service to cooperative members; Provide telephone support to cooperative members; Meet the needs of cooperative members; Contribute to results and achievement of established goals; Assist in preparing commercial proposals for products and services to cooperative members; Support maintaining up-to-date cooperative member records; Direct and expedite service to cooperative members; Assist cooperative members with access support and use of electronic channels; Formalize approved renegotiation proposals.
