We are looking for a **Telesales Representative** to join our team at Makro Central de Aviamentos Ltda. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be responsible, and possess strong communication and writing skills when interacting with customers and colleagues, and enjoy working as part of a team. **Location:** Porto Alegre (North Zone) **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls for sales purposes. Send product photos and catalogs, register new customers in the internal system, send quotations, check delivery logistics, and forward requests for credit analysis. **Previous experience in fabric and/or notions sales is a plus.** **Salary:** R$ 1.895,00 + commission + bonus. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, basic food basket (based on attendance), medical assistance (after 90 days). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Education:** Completed high school If you are an agile, proactive person eager to grow and learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
