**Technician:** Installation, service addition, or repair of internet and telephone services for residential and corporate customers (e.g., adding or replacing network cables on devices, replacing and configuring equipment, configuring internal networks, ping testing, latency testing, tracert, and other necessary activities). Assess the need to offer additional services based on customer requirements. Configure/activate/install equipment, add extra connection points, run network cables within indoor environments, report cases involving CTOs with no signal or physical damage. Install communication equipment; install, update, and uninstall communication equipment; connect the customer’s device; activate and deactivate connections; complete the customer installation process; and perform repairs on installations, among other tasks assigned by supervisors and technicians.
