Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quality audits of suppliers of products and services; * Monitor production and industrialization processes of products and raw materials at suppliers and manufacturing units/copackers; * Issue technical reports and opinions focused on the qualification of suppliers of raw materials, products, and services; * Manage non-conformities and corrective action plans; * Technically evaluate test reports, technical reports, contracts, and specifications; * Develop procedures and documents related to audits, production processes, storage, and logistics; * Monitor performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completed undergraduate degree or specialization/postgraduate studies in Food Engineering/Technology, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **REQUIRED** * Experience with food safety standards (FSSC 22000, BRC, or IFS); * Knowledge of and experience applying regulatory requirements in the food or industrial sector; * Experience in the food industry or product development; * Proficiency with Google tools (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations); * Willingness to travel. **PREFERRED** * Driver’s license category B; * Experience monitoring, auditing, and evaluating processes (sterilization, pasteurization, UHT, etc.) in the food and beverage industry; * Intermediate English or Spanish. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
