Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Weighing and applying powdered, pasteurized, and capsule-based food products; * Conducting physicochemical analyses; * Supporting the planning and execution of sensory analyses with trained panels and consumers; * Performing shelf-life monitoring of products; * Requesting and evaluating external laboratory analysis reports to support decision-making for development projects; * Supporting general product development processes and new supplier qualification processes; * Maintaining laboratory organization; * Ensuring laboratory supply availability by coordinating with factories and suppliers as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields, with expected graduation by 2027.2 or later. **REQUIRED:** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Proficiency with Google tools (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations). **PREFERRED:** * Familiarity with chemical (or food) industries and/or laboratories; * Intermediate English (reading and writing). **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Health insurance (100% covered by the company); * Wellhub; * Telemedicine and online therapy (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Monthly product kit; * Life insurance.
