Interface with internal departments and external partners The company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Porto Alegre (North Zone). **Responsibilities:** Support recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to position closure. Perform administrative tasks related to the personnel area, such as document control, employee onboarding and offboarding. Assist in benefits administration and employee attendance control. Support payroll closing and other monthly routine tasks. Maintain updated spreadsheets and records, ensuring compliance with deadlines and data accuracy. Interface with internal departments and external partners to ensure proper information flow. Monitor and organize vacation, leave of absence, and periodic medical examination processes. Provide support to employees on matters related to the human resources area. Contribute to a positive organizational climate by supporting internal communication and management.
