




The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible for executing and monitoring processes related to personnel management, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the company’s internal policies. Acts as a strategic support to maintain organized records and ensure that all employee rights and obligations are fulfilled. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage hiring, termination, and maintenance of employment contracts. * Process payroll, vacation pay, 13th salary, and labor-related charges. * Monitor electronic timekeeping and hour banks. * Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.). * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, GFIP, CAGED, RAIS). * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. * Support employees by clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, and rights. * Assist in internal and external audits related to the HR payroll department. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR Payroll. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems and eSocial. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Desired Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under deadlines. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
