Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect new technologies and suppliers focused on modernization or implementation of new factories, aiming to increase production capacity, efficiency, process quality, and safety. * Develop technical specifications and analyze drawings for integration of new assets into industrial units. * Develop and technically monitor supplier manufacturing schedules, ensuring adherence to project milestones. * Participate in planning Large-Scale Initiatives involving industrial expansion, as well as lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), validating safety protocols, automation, mechanical/electrical performance, quality, and production standards. * Conduct technical and commercial negotiations for procurement of new equipment, establishing objective acceptance criteria for technology selection and standardization. * Prepare documentation for Ex-Tariff benefits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, plus an MBA or specialization in related fields. **Required** * **End-to-End Project Management:** Mastery across the entire cycle—from scope definition and technical analysis to field visits and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT); * **CAPEX Management:** Expertise in developing project financial plans and monitoring the Annual Investment Plan. **Desirable** * **Technical and Commercial Negotiation:** Experience in technology prospecting within the food industry and strategic negotiation of proposals (scope, timeline, and cost) with suppliers. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company); * Performance Bonus; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
