Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop detailed work plans, conduct tests and analyses to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations and standards; * Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to client areas, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations; * Monitor implementation of agreed-upon action plans with audited areas, ensuring resolution of identified non-conformities; * Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of continuous auditing and identify improvement opportunities; * Stay current with regulatory changes and auditing best practices to ensure procedures align with current standards; * Participate in projects and initiatives to provide an internal control perspective and support identification of potential risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Required** * Experience in internal or external auditing; * Knowledge of auditing standards; * Strong communication, critical analysis, organizational, and teamwork skills; * Willingness to travel. **Preferred** * Intermediate English proficiency; * SAP knowledge; Data analysis. * **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health insurance plan; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
