Register and submit your resume! **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Supervise the reception, stretcher-bearer, and doorman teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided. * Manage patient admission, hospitalization, transfer, and discharge processes. * Ensure effective communication among patients, families, and the healthcare team. * Promote patient welcoming at the facility. * Monitor patient visits and follow-ups from the emergency department. * Identify and resolve patient and family complaints and issues. * Monitor authorization protocols and workflows with health insurance providers. * Train and develop the care team, promoting continuous improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure service integration and coordination. * Monitor performance indicators and implement immediate actions to improve care quality.
