We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our operations at RioMar Papicu Shopping Center, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience, strong sales performance, and a motivated, purpose-driven team. **Responsibilities** * Manage daily operational and administrative activities of the store; * Monitor sales targets and performance metrics (average transaction value, conversion rate, productivity, etc.); * Lead, develop, and engage the sales team; * Ensure adherence to the brand’s customer service and visual merchandising standards; * Oversee inventory control, purchase orders, and stocktaking; * Support implementation of commercial and promotional campaigns; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in fashion retail; * Knowledge of performance indicator and results management; * Leadership profile, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and goal orientation; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Retail Management, or related fields is a plus. **What We Offer** * R$ 3\.475,00 \+ VT; * Commission and performance-based bonuses; * VA: R$ 19.50 per day; * Discount on brand products; * Health and dental insurance. **Work Location:** RioMar Papicu Shopping Center Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.656,79 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
