Job Summary: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, with a focus on serving children, adolescents, and neurodivergent populations, and developing individualized therapeutic plans. Integration into a multidisciplinary team We are looking for a **Speech-Language Pathologist** working **30 hours per week** to join our multidisciplinary team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed degree in Speech-Language Pathology (graduation completed and active registration with the professional council); * Experience or affinity with serving **children and adolescents**; * Work experience with **neurodivergent** populations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses and/or training in **ABA**; * Knowledge of **learning disorders**; * Training or experience in **Prompt**; * Knowledge of **Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)**; * Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. **Expected Competencies:** * Ability to work collaboratively within a **multidisciplinary team**; * Development of **individualized therapeutic plans**; * Alignment of therapeutic goals with other professionals on the team; * Strong communication skills with both team members and families.
