Organize and assemble cargo volumes according to order or invoice specifications, ensuring items are grouped appropriately to facilitate transportation and delivery. 2. Proceed after reading the information contained in the invoice, verifying details such as product descriptions, quantities, values, and delivery information. 3. Compare items and quantities listed on the order with those shown on the invoice, ensuring no discrepancies exist and that all requested products are correctly recorded. 4. Prepare and issue correction letters when necessary to rectify incorrect or incomplete information on the invoice, ensuring legal and fiscal compliance. 5. Coordinate with transport companies to ensure delivery deadlines are met. 6. Prepare goods and materials for distribution, sorting them by recipient and ensuring they are properly identified and organized to facilitate the delivery process. 7. Count cargo volumes during distribution, consulting each product’s code to guarantee accuracy and precision in recording and picking items. 8. Load products and materials and weigh transport trucks, following company-established safety and distribution procedures. 9. Organize the storage area for products and materials, using appropriate pallets and equipment, and unitizing loads with stretch wrap or strapping to ensure the safety and integrity of stored products. 10.
