#### **Responsibilities** * Develop and deliver technical training on surgical materials and instrumentation for internal teams and customers. * Create instructional materials, manuals, and presentations for training sessions. * Conduct practical product demonstrations in simulated or real environments. * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, proposing continuous improvements. * Stay updated on market trends and technological advancements in surgical materials. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., Nursing). * Experience in operating rooms or related areas. * Technical knowledge of surgical materials and instrumentation. #### **Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Public speaking ability. * Capacity to develop and adapt training content. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and AI tools. ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Training
