Your mission will be to lead and guide the team in operational activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and standards-compliant execution of logistics processes. You will directly oversee routines including loading, unloading, verification, storage, and distribution, ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate daily operational activities (receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, order picking, verification, and route planning); Assign tasks among team members and monitor execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and goals; Verify and ensure proper handling of goods, safeguarding cargo integrity and compliance with safety regulations; Control appropriate use of operational equipment and tools; Perform document verification and ensure all movements are accurately recorded in the system; Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, delays, incidents, cycle time, etc.) and take corrective actions for deviations; Support inventory preparation and execution, cyclic counts, and other stock controls; Ensure compliance with work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs); Integrate and train new employees into operational routines; Collaborate with other teams to ensure activity fluidity and customer satisfaction; Escalate to leadership any needs for process improvements, staffing reinforcement, or procedural adjustments.
