




Description: * Holds a degree in Nursing; * Possesses an active COREN registration; * Has computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and Tasy System); * Experience in transplantation; * Conducts comprehensive clinical assessment of the patient (vital signs, general condition, skin integrity, mucous membranes, and venous access sites); * Identifies specific risks: neutropenia, infections, bleeding, mucositis, rejection/graft-versus-host disease (GVHD); * Develops an individualized care plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; * Administers conditioning chemotherapy following strict protocols; * Supervises and administers hematopoietic stem cell infusion, ensuring: * Management of blood transfusions, immunosuppressants, and antibiotics; * Continuous monitoring of vital signs, oxygen saturation, and fluid balance; * Monitoring for acute infusion reactions and hematological changes (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin); * Implementation of rigorous isolation precautions and neutropenic protective measures; * Maintenance of aseptic techniques during wound dressings, central venous catheter handling, specimen collection, and medication administration; * Provides guidance to staff, patients, and caregivers regarding hygiene practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Performs sterile wound dressings; * Maintains catheter patency, aspirates, and discards samples; * Identifies signs of infection or mechanical complications; * Provides guidance on: * BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) routine; * Post-transplant home care; * Nutrition and hygiene; * Recognition of warning signs; * Offers emotional support to patients, often during prolonged hospitalizations; * Documents all interventions and clinical changes in detail; * Participates in multidisciplinary rounds, discussing patient progress and therapeutic adjustments; * Manages pain, nausea, mucositis, and other adverse effects; * Ensures patient comfort through continuous guidance; * Adheres to transplant-specific protocols; * Assists in data collection for research studies and clinical trials. 2512220202491879584
