




Job Summary: The professional will provide inbound and outbound telephone support to health insurance plan beneficiaries, offering guidance, information, handling complaints, and managing cancellation requests and customer retention. Complaint management and customer retention RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Provide inbound and outbound telephone support to health insurance plan beneficiaries; Welcome new beneficiaries; Guide and inform customers about their health insurance plans; Handle complaints or dissatisfaction from beneficiaries; Process cancellation requests in accordance with RN412/2016; Explain customer retention options (retention); Handle all other general tasks assigned to this position. WORK SCHEDULE Morning / Afternoon / Night / Early Morning Shifts Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off\.
