




1. Organize the dining area and arrange tables according to requirements; 2. Perform the store opening checklist (TVs, air conditioners, restocking display food items, etc.); 3. Complete the *mise en place* of tables with plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, salt and pepper shakers fully stocked, and other utensils, adhering to the company’s cleaning and polishing standards; 4. Greet customers courteously, warmly, and politely; 5. Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the customer’s entire journey in the restaurant/café; 6. Take customer orders, record them accurately, and confirm details with the customer; 7. Enter customer orders into the production system; 8. Promote additional products and services using upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales results; 9. Collect meals from the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to customers, carefully verifying table numbers and order numbers; 10. Inspect food and beverage items prior to delivery to the table, ensuring quality standards are met and items match the order; 11. Replace or provide specific utensils—such as wine glasses, steak knives, tongs, and others—as required by the customer’s food or beverage order; 12. Clean tables, clear dishes, and maintain overall dining area cleanliness; 13.
