Dynamic and high-traffic environment **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver excellent, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience. * Greet customers, present the menu, and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages. * Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the entire menu, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and provide information on portion sizes, ingredients, and potential allergens. * Recommend dishes, beverages, and pairings where appropriate. * Accurately and attentively enter orders into the system. * Serve food and beverages according to the establishment’s quality and service standards. * Monitor the customer journey throughout service to ensure satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area during service. * Organize the dining area for opening and closing shifts as scheduled. * Assist with checking order slips and closing customer accounts when required. * Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and reception teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service. * Comply with company hygiene, food safety, and service standards. **We are seeking a professional who possesses:** * Excellent communication skills and clear diction; * Courtesy and friendliness in customer interactions; * Agility and organizational skills; * Attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Professional demeanor; * Capacity to perform under pressure and in high-customer-volume environments; * Focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
