We seek committed, passionate individuals to join our team and grow with us.* **Requirements:** * Experience with reservation systems and table management. * Prior knowledge of restaurant routines. * Organization of customer flow and waiting lines. * Clear, courteous, and professional communication. * Empathy, customer service focus, and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and guide customers courteously, inform them of wait times, and escort them to their tables. * Organize and manage reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations. * Monitor waiting lists, table turnover, and efficient dining area occupancy. * Maintain constant communication with servers, management, and the kitchen. * Clarify inquiries and provide information about services. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception area. * Update waiting lists, records, and seat control systems. **Opportunity Details:** Salary: R$1.674,49 Benefits: Transportation Voucher + On-site Meal + Health and Dental Insurance (voluntary enrollment) + Discounts on products.
