Position: Pizzeria Attendant (Counter and WhatsApp) We are looking for a communicative, organized individual who loves interacting with customers to join our team! If you type quickly and easily delight customers, this position is for you. Main Responsibilities: * **WhatsApp Customer Service:** Respond to customers promptly, courteously, and using sales techniques (e.g., offering crusts, beverages, and combo deals). * **Counter Service:** Greet customers picking up orders, finalize orders, and operate the system. * **Order Management:** Accurately enter orders into the management system and verify that customer notes have been recorded. * **Organization:** Maintain a clean and orderly counter area, and assist in assembling pizza boxes during low-traffic periods. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Excellent written Portuguese and fast typing skills. * Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus. * Must reside near Bigorrilho or have easy access to the Campina do Siqueira bus terminal. * Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
